Our apprenticeship is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to integrate technical expertise with strategic vision, enabling businesses to develop digital products that thrive in competitive markets.

This apprenticeship is designed for individuals, in any sector, who are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of digital products.Ā Ā

Candidates will need to… 

  • Be employed in or being hired into a job role with digital product management responsibilitiesĀ

  • Have support from their employer to dedicate approximately 8 hours a week to trainingĀ

Live online learning

Our interactive live, online training model is designed to create a flexible learning environment without losing any of the benefits of in-person teaching. An apprenticeship with LearnTech typically looks like… 

  • Live weekly online sessions – 2 hours per week
  • Off-the-job training (OTJT) - Weekly hours are programme specific (see top of page)
  • Immersive learning experience through Microsoft Teams ClassroomĀ 
  • Maximum classroom size of 12 ensures a highly effective trainer to student ratioĀ 
  • Monthly 1 to 1 mentor meetings
  • Maths and EnglishĀ - if required

  • Organise effective stakeholder management and communication strategyĀ 
  • Undertake business and market analysisĀ Ā 
  • Create business cases, prepare and monitor budgetsĀ Ā 
  • Apply data analysis to evaluate research findingsĀ Ā 
  • Create a product roadmap and apply a prioritisation techniqueĀ 
  • Utilise various prototyping approachesĀ 
  • Apply appropriate quality assurance and control methodsĀ 
  • Analyse metrics to monitor product performanceĀ

The following BCS AI & Data AwardsĀ are now included with this apprenticeship:

Each award comprises of between 30 – 50 hours additional learning, of which 8 hours (4 x 2-hour sessions) are live online with a trainer. Mock exams, feedback and the BCS final exams are also included.

Chetan Kerai

Technical Trainer / Mentor

Chetan is a Technical Trainer specialising in Level 4 Business Analysis and Digital Product Manager apprenticeships at LearnTech. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Network Engineering, along with BCS certifications in Business Analysis Foundation and Practitioner, Business Process Modelling Practitioner, and Requirements Engineering Practitioner.  

With over five years of experience in the SaaS sector, Chetan brings a solid background in process improvement, systems development, and customer engagement, particularly within the Community Pharmacy sector. He excels in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Additionally, Chetan has more than four years of experience in training and mentoring apprentices, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the dynamic IT landscape and build successful careers.
