Introduction

IT Solutions Technicians develop, implement and maintain complete IT solutions, covering both hardware infrastructure (such as servers and networks) and software (including operating systems, middleware and applications).Ā

In this role, a solution addresses a problem or enhances existing functionality to deliver measurable business efficiencies. These solutions are technical in nature, requiring careful consideration of various components and their interdependencies with other systems.Ā

Our apprenticeship is designed to equip individuals with the skills to apply professional methodologies and frameworks for gathering and analysing requirements. This includes designing, developing, testing, and implementing IT solutions, and providing ongoing support.Ā
