Introduction

Our Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship has two pathways to choose from; (1) Digital Applications Technician (supporting internal users), (2) Digital Service Technician (supporting external customers).

Here you can explore the Digital Service Technician option…

Digital Service Technicians serve as digital champions, supporting external customers and clients through a variety of digital channels, in organisations of all sizes, across many sectors.

They provide support during technological change, help with the use of digital systems, or working with data remotely. They will help customers diagnose and resolve problems with digital tools.

Our apprenticeship equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to support external customers, maximising the effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software and digital communications.
